TENANT MEMBERSHIP PROGRAM

Thank you for your interest in the Serenata Beach Club Tenant Membership Program. Any individuals and their families who rent the home of a Serenata Beach Club Member may apply for Tenant Membership. The names of all occupants of the rental property must be listed on the Tenant Membership Application. Arrangements must be made ten (10) business days in advance with the Membership Office of the Serenata Beach Club for Tenant Membership. Application forms must be completed and on file during normal business hours. The “Tenant Name” on the Tenant Membership Application is responsible for all charges incurred by any and all occupants of the rental property during the rental period. Access to the Club is limited to those names on the application. All charges will be automatically applied to the credit card that is on file. The minimum term for tenant membership is one week. Tenant membership may extend for one year and are renewable annually. Please see the Membership Office for more details.
